We are the beauty lab for entrepreneurs. We are a clean beauty lab by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Our services are specifically aimed at helping founders start and scale their indie beauty brands. We manufacture clean beauty only: clean color, skincare, and hybrid beauty. Our services include turnkey private label, custom formulating (R&D), and contract manufacturing, in a variety of flexible solutions and formats.

We particularly understand entrepreneurs' struggles in starting and scaling a brand, since we've been through it ourselves. Our founder started, grew and sold her own beauty brand (Amalie Beauty) from 2013-2018, spending 2015-2017 in China specifically, to learn all of the ins and outs of beauty and packaging manufacturing. So believe us when we say that we understand all sides of the equation.

Our particular formulation focus is on clean beauty (intersectional with CBD/cannabis, hybrid beauty, and other emerging categories) and our particular client focus is entrepreneurs in the early growth stages (particularly women and BIPOC). Our company is female-founded, and our team is 90% female, 50%+ BIPOC and 50%+ identify as LGBTQI. We are in the heart of the Midwest, so we bring a level-headed approach and a strong work ethic to the table, to work for entrepreneurs and their brands.
